They work very well for a “mouth breather” who uses a CPAP mask. It keeps the mouth from opening while sleeping and helps prevent “dry mouth”, but does not completely close off your entire mouth which allows you to feel safe to breathe. I am a regular user of the Snux mouth tape.
I am using it with my nasal CPAP and it has helped me keep my mouth shut so I don’t have leakage. It stays on and does not hurt your skin upon removal. I tried another brand that left black tape residue on my face. This is quite user friendly
Only used for a couple of days but seems to be giving me some relief. You can definately use several ties on your noise if you are using it to help prevent snorning. Seems to be a good product!!
For me, this product worked very well. I use a CPAP face/mouth mask but breathe through my mouth resulting in drooling and dry mouth. The Snux X tape works very well in keeping my jaw from opening and yet allows some mouth breathing.
I recommend the product and quick service from Snux.
Wow, I sleep so much better with my mouth closed! The X pattern is perfect because it minimizes contact with the lips but is enough to create a tight seal with your lips once you figure the optimal way for you. Previously I used tape horizontal across my entire lips and after a few night I developed sores.
My only problem is that if I don't shave for a couple days (male) then the adhesive has a harder time sticking to the beard stubble. So, it's not always perfect but I'm overall I'm very pleased with the product.
