Thank you for shopping with Snux Tape. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Our return policy is applicable to all products purchased directly from our site.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may require photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. How to Start the Return Process
To start a return, you should first contact our Customer Support team at rodrigopereyra@snuxtape.com.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Indicate if you wish to exchange for another item(s) or get a refund.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions on where to ship the item(s) you wish to return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

7. Cancellation of Orders:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
